All fees for courses and services must be paid in full in advance through approved payment modes. Payments once made are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances. Enrollment or service confirmation shall be effective only upon receipt of full payment by DCAM. Failure to attend, discontinue, or complete any course shall not entitle the participant to any refund or adjustment.
DCAM reserves the right to modify, reschedule, cancel, or deny access to any course or service due to non-payment, policy violations, or operational requirements without any liability. Participants are required to maintain professional conduct, and DCAM may terminate participation without refund in cases of misconduct or misuse of training resources.
All training materials, content, designs, and intellectual property provided by DCAM remain the exclusive property of DCAM and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written consent. DCAM does not guarantee specific results, employment, or business outcomes, and shall not be liable for any direct or indirect losses arising from the use of its services.
DCAM reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. These terms shall be governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi.
